In 2018, Byron and Amber Holland set out to capture the true essence of Mallorca. From their organic craft distillery in the heart of Palma, they make and bottle spirits inspired by the island's landscape, ingredients and way of life. Every bottle of Palma Vodka is crafted from organic ingredients, hand finished in Mallorca and individually inspected to ensure exceptional quality.
