Palma Spiced Chai Old Fashioned

1.5 oz (50ml) Palma Spiced Gin
1/2 oz (15ml) lemon juice
1.5 oz (50ml) chai tea simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Sparkling water
Garnish: cinnamon and star anise.
Method:
Combine the Palma Spiced Gin, lemon juice, orange bitters, and 2 tablespoons of the chai syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a glass over ice, if desired. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.
