The Negroni is one of the most famous drinks and is a cocktail that consists of gin, vermouth and Aperitivo. Created in Florence Italy in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni. One day at the Caffè Casoni he asked for a little more bitters to be added to his Americano, so he could have something different than an Americano, bartenders obliged and thus the Negroni was born! If you want to make this classic cocktail at home here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 oz (30ml) Palma Gin
1 oz (30ml) Sweet vermouth
1 oz (30ml) Aperitivo (We recommend Bonanto)

Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled then pour into a tumbler filed with ice cubes and garnish with an orange twist, cheers!
