Palma Bramble


Ingredients:
1.5 oz (50ml) Palma Gin
1 oz (30ml) lemon juice
¾ tbsp sugar syrup
¾ tbsp Creme de Mure
Method:
Combine ice, gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker, then pour into a rocks glass. Drizzle Creme de Mure over the top to create a “bleeding” effect and garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon slice.
