Holly Jolly Palma Spiced Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
3 oz (80 ml) of Palma Spiced Gin
1 oz (30 ml) of St. Germain
1 (30 ml) oz of Pomegranate juice
GEMELLii Bitter XXVI, for topping
Pomegranate arils, for topping
Sprig fresh thyme or fresh mint
Method
In a cocktail shaker, mix the Palma Spiced Gin, St. Germain, and Pomegranate juice. Shake thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with GEMELLii Bitter XXVI. Add a sprinkle of pomegranate arils for a fruity accent. Complete the presentation with a sprig of fresh thyme or mint, adding a splash of color and a fragrant twist.
