We are Mallorca's first organic craft distillery and use exclusively 15 hand-selected, organic and locally foraged botanicals from the island. Each spirit is distilled with the utmost care in our handcrafted 500-litre copper pot still and captures the true essence of Mallorca.

We work closely with local organic farmers across Mallorca. Including Tony and Susana from the Tramuntana for juniper, citrus fruits and lavender, the Gamundi family for almond blossoms from Son Penyaflor, and a farm near Ses Salines for organic tomato branches.

Yes, sustainability is important to us. We use exclusively organic botanicals, fully recyclable glass, sustainable packaging and organic inks for our labels. Since 2024, we produce with solar energy and are working towards becoming a zero-emission company by 2026. Excess energy is fed back into the island's grid.
